What changed on this house
- Three slopes of bruised architectural shingle torn to the deck
- Eleven sheets of soft decking replaced at the rate written in the scope
- New synthetic underlayment, valleys lined, every pipe boot replaced
- Ridge vent sized to the attic so the new roof lasts its rated life
- Seamless gutters replaced on the same insurance claim
